Business onboarding

Your workflow first.
Your operator second.

A serious business agent cannot be configured from a generic questionnaire. We first understand how work enters the company, who decides what, where money leaks, which exceptions matter, and which actions must stay with the owner.

How setup works

A workflow review first. Then a written proposal.

Implementation is quoted per business, based on your size and scope, after a workflow review. Training and support scope are defined in your written proposal.

The setup sequence

From business reality to a controlled operating system.

01
Discover

Map where work actually breaks

We interview the owner and relevant team members, inspect the current workflow, and identify the expensive gaps—not just the software they already use.

02
Design

Define outcomes and authority

We draft the business playbook and setup scope: what the assistant may organize or draft, what needs approval, what escalates immediately, and what it may never do.

03
Close the gaps

Resolve the questions that matter

The owner gets one focused question pass to surface missing service-area rules, approvers, exceptions, handoffs, timing, and other details skipped in discovery. Answers are captured in the setup scope rather than guessed.

04
Configure

Build the workspace and dashboards

Queues, templates, views, reports, team roles, instructions, and plan-specific modules are configured around the approved scope.

05
Prove

Test safely before real work

Sample scenarios test normal cases, edge cases, bad inputs, owner approvals, escalations, and revoke paths.

06
Connect

Add only approved channels

Connections are authorized customer by customer, with visible permissions and a revoke path. A connection is never assumed because a plan was purchased.

07
Launch

Start controlled, then measure

Going live begins with the agreed workflow, review rhythm, and owner support path—not with an unreviewed switch flip.

Account access and privacy

Customers work in JobFlow—not inside operating infrastructure.

The standard product is a purpose-built customer workspace with the controls and records needed for the approved workflow.

Not part of the standard plan

Direct technical access

JobFlow plans are designed around a customer workspace, not direct access to underlying operations. It adds risk without improving the owner’s day-to-day workflow.

Standard customer experience

A private JobFlow workspace

Customers manage their assistant through the JobFlow workspace: workflows, files, queues, approvals, approved context, connections, and activity history—without needing technical administration.

Specialist scope only

Advanced technical services

Specialized technical work is quoted and reviewed separately when it is genuinely needed. It is not included in a standard JobFlow plan and never changes the privacy or approval boundary of the customer workspace.

What changes by plan

Onboarding expands with the operating responsibility.

Start with the operation—not the technology

The right first step is a workflow decision.

Start with a workflow review. We quote implementation per business, based on your size and scope, once we understand your operation. Training and support scope are defined in your written proposal.
