JobFlow is a new service. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect through our website inquiry forms, why, and who helps us handle it. Last updated: October 2026.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry form (contact, discovery call, or lead-recovery review) we receive:

Please don’t send passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive data through these forms.

If you subscribe to JobFlow Personal, Stripe also gives us your name, email, plan and subscription status (see “Who helps us process it”). Card numbers go to Stripe, not to us.

If you submit the sign-up request form, we collect your name, email address, optional business name and area of interest, use them only to follow up with you about access, and keep them as described under “How long we keep it.”

Why we collect it

To read and reply to your inquiry, to understand which pages and links lead people to us, and to keep the forms free of spam and abuse. Your IP address is used by our hosting and email systems to deliver the service and to limit repeated submissions.

Who helps us process it

We don’t sell your personal information, and this site doesn’t use advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts of its own.

Cookies and browser storage

We store display preferences in your browser (theme, language, and motion or sound settings) so the site looks the way you chose. If you arrive through a tagged link, we keep that campaign tag for the browser session so it can be included with a form you submit. These stay in your browser and aren’t used to identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. We keep customer data for 30 days after a subscription ends or an account is closed. Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe’s own terms.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the details you sent. Contact us through the inquiry form or by email at [email protected], and tell us which inquiry you mean.

Changes

If we start collecting anything new, we’ll update this page first.
